On the surface, Khathutshelo Musekwa is an accomplished Accountant (Financial

and Management) with over 8 years of experience in various sectors including
Government Parastatal (SARS), Private sector where he worked for an accounting

consulting firm and Non-government Organisations.
Khathu is a Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized professional with extensive

experience in financial accounting, Management Accounting, and the administra-
tion of financial and grant management of grant funded projects. Khathu pos-

sesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make well
thought out decisions. Management and reporting of financial results (including

variance analysis) to enable executives make informed financial decisions backed
by accurate financial data.

He has extensive knowledge and skills on drafting Internal processes and policies
(Procurement policies, accounting processes, etc) and have successfully imple-

mented the processes and systems (Accounting, procurement & Payroll) to
ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations in terms
